Clay Calhoun, ISG Partner and ISG Sourcing Solutions Leader, is a senior member of ISG’s Americas Leadership Team. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in IT consulting, strategy, service delivery, and advisory services. His experience includes leading, managing, and supporting Global 2000 client engagements which consider solutions that maximize the benefits from internally optimized and sourced service delivery operations. With ISG, Clay has advised on more than 50 engagements totaling more than $25B of contract value.

Dr. Daniel Gerster is a Partner at ISG and offers clients more than 22 years of experience in strategic information management, thereof nine years as global CIO in a professional services company and more than 13 years in management consulting. Daniel helps CIOs and leading IT executives to successfully master digital transformation and to increase core capabilities such as organizational agility or resilience. He has a highly successful track record in CIO advisory. He is a well-known specialist for IT sourcing and contracting and covers commercial, legal and data protection aspects. He is a recognized speaker at conferences for IT executives, on IT events such as Sapphire, DSAG, VOICE, and BME IT Sourcing, VOICE Entscheiderforum.

Mr. Loeer is a proven leader in IT operation and management and in IT outsourcing. He has demonstrated expertise in assessment, strategy development and sourcing transactions. Friedrich's clients benefit from his 35 years of IT industry tenure, his practical experience in IT thereof more than 18 years in sourcing. Friedrich also offers clients his expertise in the financial services industry, manufacturing and automotive.

Lyonel Roüast has both seen and been actively involved in the IT market’s global growth from the beginning. • Reviewing the IT ecosystem of a large food conglomerate which involved assessing the firm's sourcing strategy. Thorough analyses resulted in €60 Million+ cost savings, including renegotiation of major software contracts, several of them exceeding €100 Million a year. He and his team continue to manage governance for the whole IT ecosystem, ensuring the client elicits full value of their complex agreements, day in and day out.
• Helping a large international commercial banking company in France monitor their worldwide IT spend and quality, while considering all other business units like HR and service providers, and reduced costs by €50 Million+. Lyonel helped optimize their performance and rationalize their global IT ecosystem as well.

Julien oversees ISG’s IT and technology consulting and advisory teams across South Europe, Middle East and Africa with a strong focus on Italy. He works to make sure that clients are using the right technology to optimize your internal IT operations, including workflow, efficiency, and that they’re getting the most from every interaction with their technology service providers.

• Mediating a volatile exit negotiation between a client and their service provider, resulting in a win-win outcome in which the relationship was rebuilt on a new, more sustainable basis, and the costs and operational disruptions of changing providers were avoided. 

• Overseeing a team that developed a new methodology for assessing IT cost structure for a major European insurance firm, which was implemented across the US, Europe and Asia.

• Benchmarking a major utilities client for their international IT operations, helping them understand their priorities for improvement in their transformation to an agile enterprise,.

In her career at ISG, she has built on this rigorous foundation, cultivating a holistic expertise that allows her to apply her knowledge and experience across the entire business process optimization and digital transformation life cycle, from assessment through value realization. 

Among her 100+ engagements with ISG’s largest global clients, Andrea worked directly with senior leadership at a leading global healthcare firm to reshape their digital agenda. The company had never outsourced IT and needed to catch up with the market fast. She orchestrated a complete digital transformation, establishing a cutting-edge, product-aligned organization that leapfrogged legacy technology to achieve a rapid positive transformation – a process that many companies take a decade or more to complete. 

Chuck Walker, ISG Partner and America’s Transaction and Transition Leader, leads the Sourcing Strategy group within the Sourcing Solutions team. Chuck brings more than 25 years’ experience in IT strategy, service delivery, consulting and advisory services including assessments, strategies, transactions, implementations, service management and corporate governance and compliance.

Richard de Beijer is a Director at ISG and offers clients more than 27 years of experience in information technology strategy and digital transformations, thereof more than 15 years in strategic IT sourcing for a global energy major and in management consulting. As a leading member of ISG sourcing practice, he is a recognized specialist in defining and managing all commercial and technical aspects of complex IT sourcing transactions.

Doug Bunch is a knowledgeable ADM professional who brings considerable experience in information technology (IT) to ISG’s clients in his role as Director. Doug has more than 30 years of IT experience with proven leadership in ADM delivery, designing solutions, global resourcing and delivery, transition management and risk management. He has deep global experience from working with ADM delivery teams in Europe, South America, and Asia, and his client base spans a wide range of industries.

Ant is the Operations Director for North Europe.  His responsibility includes overarching management of consulting project delivery to Enterprise clients in the North Europe market, management of people in the region, delivering revenue and driving sustainable growth.

Gary Leaderman is a sourcing consultant with over 35 years IT industry experience in international organisations. As a sourcing specialist for 14 years, Gary now has a key role in the EMEA Sourcing Capability team, where he blends practical experience, his knowledge of sourcing best practices, ISG’s FutureSource methodology and his passion for quality and excellence to deliver positive sourcing outcomes for many of ISG’s clients and offers subject matter expertise to colleagues.
